Return Policy
Bugblaster is carefully assembled and is quality checked before being shipped. If there is a problem with your order please contact sales via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. A Return Authorization # will be issued. This RA# will be written on the outside of the box. Shipping charges for the original order and shipping charges to return the product to Bugblaster will not be refunded or credited by Bugblaster
Upon successful return of the product to Bugblaster, Inc a credit for the product purchase price will be refunded to the purchasers card.
If a Bugblaster product is purchased in a retail store the product must be returned to the store and not to the Bugblaster website.

Shipping and Delivery
* Bugblaster ships merchandise to all domestic locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping policy to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii is as follows:
- All orders ship via USPS
- All orders ship within 5 business days
- Sales tax of 6.95% is added to all Utah orders
